4. Our Services

Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for digital purchases unless you waive it.
By downloading, using, or accessing your purchased digital item, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
You may still submit a written withdrawal request within 14 days if the item has not been used or accessed.
If a valid withdrawal request is received, a full refund will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
No refunds will be granted for digital goods already accessed or used.
